EA. The Aputure Light OctaDome 120 (47.2″) has eight sides to transform any point source Bowens-mount light fixture into an ultrasoft area light, blanketing your subject or set in diffused light. It has a large 47″ diameter and two front diffusers, plus an inner baffle to allow you to fine-tune intensity and light quality. The shape offers balance between a square frame or a fully circular softbox. It is lightweight at 3.75 lb and can be flat packed for on-the-go shooting.

The OctaDome 120 features a silver interior to maximize light output, and includes a foldable 45° grid to add directional output and reduce light spill. The set includes a Bowens-type speed ring, but is also compatible with other types of standard speed rings

The Light OctaDome 120 is a 120cm (47.2in) Bowens Mount Octagonal Softbox. This 8-sided softbox transforms any point source Bowens Mount light fixture into an ultra-soft area light, blanketing your set in diffused light.

The OctaDome’s 8-sided design creates a more natural, round eye light than a 4′ x 4′ gel frame. And because you can easily mount it directly to your light fixture and even add a control grid, you can say good riddance to all the stands, arms, and sandbags you’d need to set up a similar frame.

The Light OctaDome 120 includes two diffusion strengths (1.5 and 2.5 stops) and an inner baffle to allow users to fine-tune their intensity and light quality.

The OctaDome 120 is also perfect softbox for on-the-go shooting, combining its flat-pack ability, compact carrying bag, lightweight 1.7kg (3.75lbs) construction, and the ideal balance between a square frame or a fully circular softbox.
